Yellow dew

Today's blip is a dew covered yellow rose photographed on my way into work.

After work I dodged the thunderstorms going to the gym for our game of Badminton and going home. Over dinner it poured with rain, but was actually dry when I went to and from the GP. My GP is most impressed with my blood pressure and weight and if the blood tests come back healthy I'll be declared as normal blood pressure which is brilliant news. It's amazing what a small change diet and activity levels can do for you combined with calorie sensible controls!
