Flamenco Gill Skirts

Spotted a shiny flat beige-white mushroom (about 6 - 8 inches) atop a crooked stem larger at the base than at the support point.   Noticed a few more gathered but separate around a coconut tree.  Thought these were curled up fallen brown leaves, until I looked closer.  These have fallen over and begun to decompose.  Lovely shiny golden brown colour.
Perhaps someone knows this mushroom?
