Lovely set of plums

I think more tomato sauce making lies in my immediate future. Gorgeous day today - fresh in the morning, warm in the afternoon. We will apparently have this weather until November. I can live with that. It even allowed some afternoon gardening without dehydration being a major risk. So all the spent veg is out of the veg garden, and a hefty number of gross grubs squished. I'm not going to talk about the one that exploded all up my arm. See how I spared you that image?

Admin this morning, and figuring out what to tell the kids about a thing,. Later a mini-potential-crisis at school resulted in me doing work well outside my comfort zone. Fingers crossed.

Later more barbecue action, nuclear energy discussion and a 'what's your favourite ad' segment. (Family fave is now officially the Andrex puppy and the boy on the toilet, since you ask.) And, through various contacts, I found out all the gen I don't really want to know about one of CarbBoy's teachers.
