On the bike again!

First ride - ok only about 7k, but first time on a bike without stabilisers out on the road since my fall and fractured hip.

Feel I'm still progressing :-)

The field in the background is right next to our house, and the two calves are brand new (born last night) - quite a noisy birth :-)
