This is one of the artists working on the Nightmare Before Xmas show (which doesn't open until tomorrow - you saw it here first!) in Charing Cross Road, London. He was in the early stages of this piece so I couldn't quite make it out, but I'm fairly certain it was someone from OTP (One Trick Pony).
