A new visitor

Today was an interesting day. First I got to capture this beauty. I really have no clue which bird it is, so if anyone knows, please let me know. Then I got most of my pending chores done. Lastly, I cooked food for iftar. It was not bad but cooking while fasting is a very hard task...

S and her son joined us for Iftar. Afterwards, we had apple pie and brownies with tea.

P.S. Its a Hoopoe Bird (Upupa Epops). It is not as common as a Mayna, but we see it now and then. We call it a hud hud.
