That's what I was doing to the Council about the complete lack of traffic management on my street this morning. Long queues, double decker buses and artics. Not our problem said the guy at SE Locality, it's Scottish Water. Now that's X like the proverbial red rag. Total lack of joined up organisation.

And it was a horrible dreich day. But we had a successful.visit b from the CEO and the Minister and I networked. Singing now and the dreich has got dreicher.
