Billy was my regular bike for the first five or six years but then I settled in Birmingham and could ride a big bike to work. Now that work has changed and I'm splitting my time between Birmingham and Nottingham Billy has been brought out of retirement. He does need a bit of TLC though, new rear rim and rear pivots, both pricey items unfortunately but being back on Billy has been smashing and reminds me of what I liked about riding a Brompton.

Stafford today doing land inspections and looking at a new highway scheme to cycle and walk proof it. Proper hot and humid it was too, not a day for cycling fast!
