Today we joined in with the Spanish version of the Cannonball Run, locating as many viewing points as possible, in as shorter time as possible, in a clapped-out hire car. We think we managed quite a few. We only think we found them because our speed-run involved hill-climbs of Everest proportions and the higher we got the more cloud we found. So we found loads of marker points announcing magnificent views, smothered in dense mist. Apart from this one.
The roads are fantastic! Winding, steep beyond all steep found in the homeland, filled with rock-fall and populated with smiling locals who navigate with astonishing abandon.
This is a great place!
