Rain And More Rain

We're getting it again.  Supposed to be this way until the weekend.

I've been trying to upload my photo on the 12th for 2 days now and it keeps stopping at 68% and then just seems to freeze up and won't go any further.  I've checked the size, etc.  I'm going to have to try from work.  Anyone else having trouble?
