Still sunny in Sawston

It was far too hot for Stella to come for walkies today and I didn't have too long anyway as work has been a little busier this week.

Body Balance class was good this evening and only mildly boiling! 

With my Nordic Walking course plus disco dancing this weekend I'll soon be as fit as a butcher's dog! :)
