Another beautiful morning!

We are still blessed with wonderful mornings and high temperatures!
Today I have started with shockwave teraphy which I really hope will help for plantar fascitt. It started before summer, but I hoped it would pass away by itselves.
Now I am only able to cycle and I really miss walking.
