Shonky second hand car dealers!

You may remember I bought a second hand car in July and a month later the tailgate handle fell off? The dealer would take no responsibility and claimed I must have forced it, in spite of me providing evidence that it's a known weakness and therefore no fault of mine.
I'd reluctantly agreed to pay for a new handle which they would fit.
However after weeks of being given the run around and being fobbed off - and having got sick to death of their constant 'sweetheart, love, darlings' I decided to find out my rights and hit the patronising b*st*rds where it hurts. I went to the Citizens Advice Bureau where they confirmed that the dealer absolutely is legally obliged to cover the cost of repair - and if the repair fails I have the right to a full refund less depreciation. CAB even printed a letter for me which has been sent first class, Signed For. Let's see if they ignore the letter or not.
