Bee's Knees

Actually, it was the eyes I was trying to get.

While TM took the perpetually ailing LandRover to have a new alternator fitted, I decided to tackle some more of the 'functions' on my new camera. Well, one new one. The one where you can extract still images from video sequences. 

To try it out, I needed something moving to aim at, and luckily the garden was full of insects, no doubt because the sun was out and it was very warm.  This bee posed very nicely for me, but I found tracking the movement quite tricky. So, not as sharp as it might be. 

But he was such a patient model that I think he deserves to be today's blip.
