Wow! It has been a scorcher today.

Up early as I was 'helping' at my friends school today (that was a different experience). Sim was also up getting ready for work. Sadly, he had another seizure today. His shoulder was ok but he is just feeling peed off ~ 2nd one in 12 days. They have now upped his medication.
