Percy

Seeing as how I have booked to do the Night Swim this Saturday in Salford Quays I thought I should do some sort of preparation, so I went off for a swim at the local pool this morning. I haven't been there for years and it is all very different....it is communal changing rooms now! Anyway, I swam a few lengths and wondered why I booked to 1.5km. I could have done the 750m which is one circuit, but no, I had to be an idiot and do two circuits (thank God I didn't choose the three circuit option). After this morning I might only have four more blipping days left before I kill myself!

When I got home I pondered what to do with my day off and where to go. I thought of a few options and in the end I went to Mary's for lunch. We went for a wander....she lives up Rivington Pike so all walks around there involve a lot of going up and going down! 

I was glowing nicely by the time we returned for a cuppa. Percy Peacock dropped in for an afternoon snack and posed nicely for a few pics. He has recently shed his tail feathers and Mary gave me few of the many she had collected. I am going to stick them in my Steampunk top hat :)

There is a thunder storm raging overhead and the lightning keeps illuminating the sky. I keep losing tv reception and internet connectivity, but I do love a good storm...all very exciting and erotic.

OMG....I DID NOT MEAN TO TYPE EROTIC!!! Now I'm going to have to leave it or I will have to explain to anyone else who reads this!!
