Shadows

Off site in an all day workshop today. There is a corridor with all glass down one side and with the brilliant sunshine today it was bright and very very warn. Luckily the meeting room we were in was air conditioned so we kept our cool.

This is not the office I work in, it's another with Whitbread office a couple of miles away. Wish I worked here, they have ample parking and free toast in the cafeteria each morning. Then again, maybe that's not such a good idea.

Spin class tonight, I think I might melt.
