A stroll, nice food and good company

Today we had not much plans apart from having our friends coming around at 6pm for a dinner and then going out or a bit. They are leaving tomorrow so it is their last day.
I slept quite long because I edited pictures last night until 3 am.
Neil had some work to do and I walked into Mitte to go to Galleries Lafayette. I love the food department. All this wonderful French stuff.
On the way there I passed a big stall selling cheap bags. I had a quick look as I needed a small bag just for mobile and small things to wear over a dress. It is too hot to carry a big handbag aside the heavy camera.
The owner was smelling business and started talking to me. I was not too pleased in the first place, as I did not see anything I was looking for. But then he showed me exactly what I was after! Great! 10 Euros for a small leather bag is not too bad.
Her then asked me to take a picture of his "shop", which I did and which is my today's blip. I did not take many pictures at all.
At Lafayette I bought some french patés and salami. I love French Paté!
I also nipped into the posh Nespresso shop and tasted their new limited Brazilian Edition. It was tasty, so I bought some.
I took the U-Bahn home a it was getting far too hot and I did not want to boil the paté.
Once home Neil and I got some more stuff for tonight and since time had crept on we started preparing the food. We had a lovely selection of charcuteries, veg, antipasti, cheese, salads, olives and Turkish pastes. 
I could live on that food every day (and mostly do when in Berlin).
Our friends arrived and we enjoyed the mixed array of nice things with a bottle of wine.
Then we went out for a bit until it was time to say good bye.
It is sad that they are leaving already. We had a really good time with them.
So the next days we have NO PLANS. We can just live in the day and do as we please. Love it!
