Nostalgia

As we come to the end of the rose season once more, it is good to have a few precious blooms still coming. This is one of my favourites for a few reasons.
It has the most delicious fragrance ever, even better than Gertrude Jekyll ( sorry that can't be the spelling ).
It is a rose that Rob got me as a birthday present, after we saw something very similar at Chateau Beauregard in the Loire. It was a rose they had bred themselves, and called 'Beauregard', rather surprisingly!
He tried to find the original but it was not commercially available, so came up with this.
I love it!
