Sunflower

What a fabulous day weather wise today, and just getting even better tomorrow. Apparently the hottest September days for 55 years.

Mr L's birthday and I promised to do the cooking today. He wanted fillet steak, so that's what he got, together win mushrooms, chips and peas. Dessert was baked apple and custard. Our next door neighbour brought round a bag of apples yesterday, so that was easy. I've never cooked them in a microwave before, but couldn't actually tell the difference.

I had a salmon fillet and peas, small apple and guess what: Mr L complaining he's exceeded his allowed calorie intake! Hehe, not me!
