Splinter Battles

Ethan told me this morning 2 mins before we were due to leave for school that he has a splinter in his foot. I made a brief, unsuccessful attempt to remove it. Later in the evening Hubbie tried too but each time he went near Ethan with the tweezers, he was faced with the most monumental meltdown, he had to abandon his attempt too!
