Silvereye (Tauhou)

I went out to the back field this afternoon to take some photos of our softball team's practice session.

On the way back I stopped to take photos of the blossom.  It wasn't until I stopped that I realised there were about a dozen wayeyes feeding on nectar.  They were really enjoying the bounty of spring.
