Festival Reflection

We went to the Edinburgh Photographic Society exhibition in Great King Street today. We always go and nearly always I get exasperated by the proliferation of ‘Photographic Art’ rather than a well captured and observed scene. This year was far worse than recent with 12% of the entries being manufactured. Yes it’s clever, but not to my taste. It depends on the judges; this year they didn’t like landscapes. The blip is a window in Howe Street as we made our way back into town. The extra is ice cream flavours on sale in George Street, including one with Buckie!
