Thistle

Most of the thistles have gone to seed now. I took this this morning when I was out with Pete, another roadside plant. 
We have been to Alison's for brunch because Derek was here on a flying visit. He is very faithful to KU and yesterday was their second match and also Band Day. Hoping that they can do better this year. Football is a struggle, their strength is in basketball.
