On The Buses

It's Heritage Weekend in many towns in the UK when historic buildings throw their doors open to the public for a free look around.Here in Northampton, there's also the opportunity to take a ride on a vintage red double-decker bus. These buses served the town from 1947 to 1973.

Lovingly maintained they come out on a few days such as this.

I went to and from school every day on one of these.
