Windy

Very blustery day today, so much so that I couldn't keep the washing on the line and kept having to retrieve it from the grass. This is the lighthouse a half tide, by the time the tide was in the waves were going over the top of the lighthouse.

Yay I completed my c25k running challenge today with my longest run from here to lochgilphead and back along the canal changing sides at Millers bridge. Well I couldn't do that 9 weeks ago. I think the distance is just short of 5km. I haven't run that far in years so now the trick is to keep it going.

Just scoffed roast chicken and a couple of glasses of red followed by apple and bramble pudding. The brambles were picked this afternoon from up the back and they were excellent. A peaceful evening coming up.
