Birthday

Another birthday - my 56th. They say time passes quicker as you get older and they're correct. Although I still subconsciously feel
I'm in my mid 30s when I get out of my bed in the morning my body reminds me that I'm not a spring chicken any more.
Had a nice day - bit of shopping , some phone calls with the kids and a steak dinner. Nothing too fancy. Just about perfect.
