Walkies

A night off from the Olympics tonight, which was nicely timed since the weather was good and the gold rush stopped! The lack of a gold medal today has also given the poor postbox painters a rest (try saying that three times fast!)

A busy day at work, lunch out, then a walk with Keir, Emma and Murph which ended at the Cawdor Tavern. :)


Edit: While I remember, I was standing in the Tesco car park today when the trolley man seemed to be struggling to control a big line of trolleys in the middle of the road. A car coming towards him slowed down, and the driver opened his window and said, "are you alright there, mate?". The Tesco man snapped back, telling him he shouldn't be driving down there while he was collecting trolleys anyway! What a cheek - that's surely a made-up rule!
