Fantastic Mr Fox Fly Fishing?

Great night tonight for a cycle along the canal. Whilst I stopped to take in the views I noticed some ducks on patrol who appeared to be following something. I'd seen an adult fox running off up a hill and it transpired the ducks were keeping tabs on a fox cub who was creeping through the undergrowth. I spoke to a local who said their den was very close to the canal so it was probably just waiting for mum to come back with some dinner. The ducks had no fear at all and almost seemed to warn the fox back into the undergrowth. Unfortunately fd55 wasn't with me tonight as I know she would have loved to see the cub so I think we may be back there in next couple of nights if this great weather holds!
