KNACKERED

This is Neil after returning home from a 13 mile run. This expression wasn't posed - he was so puffed out he could hardly speak . After this shot was taken he had a bath, then had some steak and a baked potato and rejoined the human race.

The weather today was warm and sunny - I expect this contributed to Neil's exhaustion. I went to Asda this morning for the big weekly shop and have watched the Olympics since I got back.

Hope the nice weather lasts as I think I might go to Newcastle tomorrow.
