Soul of WoMen

Today I was at the Soul of WoMen Conference at Allanton World Peace Sanctuary.


As part of the Fuji Declaration (a transnational alliance for peace), the Soul of WoMen is a new global initiative that hopes to “inspire and empower every woman and man to bring out their authentic self and share their unique gifts to co-create a new future. In oneness, we can foster a more peaceful and flourishing world for all life – a world that honours deep feminine principles in harmony with the masculine”.


Here is Caroline Uchima from Allanton, introducing speakers Sesto and Gabriele Castagnoli. Having given away all their belongings except for the contents of two rucksacks,the couple are on an indefinite pilgrimage into society. In just over six months, they have travelled through Italy and Germany and are now in Scotland. You can read more about their journey here. 


The whole day was filled with inspiring talks and discussions. The hope is that this is just the beginning of a movement which will change our world for the better.
