The Dawn of A New Day

The upside of an early start (6am) is a view like this taken at 60mph from the car window (I wasn't driving).

I really wanted to stop and set up the DSLR on a tripod and take lots of pictures of the sunrise and early morning mist clinging to the valleys but alas I only had my compact with me and I was on my way to work so this is all I could get as the car was moving.

It was a day of meetings and preparing documents and lots of coffee.
