Seafront jog

Today has been very grey, quite windy but so far no rain! 
Went along seafront this morning on my way to see A and D.  Stopped to look at some kitesurfers but they were too far out.  Quite liked this blip of joggers going past, along with walkers and bikers, all keeping fit one way or another!  On the way back I went into the park and watched some men sailing model boats on the lake.  Further along I parked and went to watch the kitesurfers again, nearer the shore this time and the tide was well on its way out.
Had dinner, letter from hospital to go on Tuesday next week to discuss things.  Had cuppa with a friend, home and did the ironing.  What an exciting life I lead!!
