Innocence

Colchicum in generous flower now .... little damaged after I weakened and applied slug pellets around the area they grow.  The white one is Cochicum byzantinum 'Innocence'.

A rainy Saturday, enlivened by the excitement of seeing a well loved teacher from the girl's middle school on TV - at the Paralympics where his daughter Amy Conroy plays for Team GB in wheelchair basketball.  GB beat Germany (for the first time) with Amy playing a big part in the scoring.  Well worth a watch on 4oD.

With Jacinta away having been gifted a place at a Coming to Wholeness training day run by Connirae Andreas, it's just me and the girls which means I am housebound unless Ruth wants to go out.  Equal parts Care, potting bulbs and the huge ironing pile which is yet to come.
