View from Red Bank to the Langdales

Very late catching up with some Blips from our trip up to the Lake District, we'd planned to stop in Grasmere for afternoon cake, but got our timing wrong and the lunchtime crowd were still in place. I remembered the view from Red Bank and so we took a drive up and then had a quick yomp up the hill to admire the view from there across to the Langdales, it was a beautiful day, however my camera settings will tell you I'd left my brain somewhere else.... On the plus side, once we'd got these shots and returned to Grasmere someone was pulling out of the car park and so we nabbed the space and paid homage to the tearoom gods at Baldry's with an EPIC piece of lemon meringue pie :)
