Running Home

Gathering in the ewes in the hill park. There are some that were put there from the other hill for weaning as it was more secure. Ive been meaning to bring them in and put them back for ages but hadnt found the time. I also drew off any old or thin ewes and put them onto better grazing. Found one dodging ewe who still had her lamb on her too!

Made some tumeric golden paste today to see if it can help husbands knee and the dogs with arthritis. Only time will tell with it. Another job I have been meaning to do. I also picked some brambles (blackberries) so have yellow and purple hands!!

A sheep training session with Pip about time too she seems to have forgotten a lot and acquired some naughty habits in between slots of work. Also did some more target training with Dris. He is now running to and lying down on his target outside in the yard. Also threw some dummies to work on his stay and fetch to stop him getting bored. Nice to spend some time on my own dogs for once!
