new creation at all senses
I know I have not mentioned it here but I now live in Athens and work at a restaurant called All Senses Gastronomy. it is an amazing restaurant and currently we are working on a new menu.
Here is our take on "village stew" which is made from onions peppers and sausage.
In the photo we have a Dehydrated Red Pepper Twil Taco, Fronzen Sausage Powder, Onion Cream Foam, Red Pepper Infused Pickled Onions, Smoked Feta Spherification and a Confit Sausage Malto
