Snow...?

No, the makings of a pavlova. I am not the worlds most enthusiastic cook but can usually do a great pav. I was late and put it in the top shelf of the oven because the roast had to join it ( usually a no no but when you are in a hurry you make do). Bob had put the grill in a lower position so when it rose it got very stuck. Lucky there will be cream to hide the damage. We have James visiting tonight which is lovely, Nina and kids came around to see him so now we are waiting for the cooking to be complete.
