Native Dogwood Berries

This modest dogwood has made it to the berry production stage. Birds are supposed to LOVE these berries... not many have been eaten yet.
Perhaps they wait until winter...
Our weather is unseasonably hot and sweaty humid, ugh! We have had rain for two nights now, so that's good but it does not cool anything down. 32ºC. And 95% humidity.
I call it a 'sweater'.
