Kelpies

What a wonderful piece of public art this is, beside the motorway just outside Edinburgh. I have long wanted to see the Kelpies, which weigh 300 tonnes each and celebrate the equine history of Scotland. Well today I did. They certainly didn't disappoint. They're very beautiful, and huge!
