In search of Mo !

Picked the girls up from school and took buddy for a walk by the river ended down by the quay side hoping to catch a glimpse of the awesome Mo Farah as he is in toon for the Great North Run.
Had a catch up with K who met us at the Baltic for an hour. J and R delighted to see big sis.
