Kelso Abbey

At half past six this morning, Swannie left the house to go to work via Melrose as there was a nice sunrise and she was hoping to get a photograph of Melrose Abbey with the sun rising behind it. Alas, the trees and hedges were hiding it from view and for the first time ever, she was wishing she had some sort of "selfie stick" just to get the shot.

The day got worse from then on and the best she could come up with was this shot of Kelso Abbey instead. She should have taken it yesterday for DerelictThursday!
