Borders tour continues

Another lovely day out on the bikes. The initial plan was the 4 abbeys route, but we altered it to be three plus a diversion past the Wellington Monument at Peniel Heugh since we had been to Melrose yesterday.

This was the view from Cessford Castle. The extra is Jedburgh Abbey. such a lovely day, the sun shone, the winds were light, the roads were very nearly empty.
