Return of the wanderer

I'm back! at least for the time being. I was starting to feel that if I didn't start again now then maybe I would lose the motivation permanently. Plus I had a few words of encouragement that tipped the balance and for which much gratitude is owed.

I'm in Mallorca, on a one way ticket, on an important mission - a lot depends on it, namely to gain Free and Fearless movement after years of terrible problems with a spinal injury. (Previously mentioned on here). It involves measuring every parameter of physical activity in minute detail with incremental increases over time. That includes the sunbed! While here I am taking on my alter ego who is Max. Max is lucky and does not look like an ageing unfit middle aged bloke..........
