Misshapen macaroon
Those of you who know me well also know I don't do desserts.
I can cook my heart out, but to say I don't have a sweet tooth is an understatement.
However I have to thank the lovely Nadiya Hussain for this recipe. Cooking is an art, baking is a science and although the script involves words such as 'cream of tartare' and 'soft peaks' it's incredibly simple.
Tasty too.
