Ready for the weekend

My first duty day as a team leader and it essentially meant that I didn't get to stand still for the majority of the day. Luckily it was a beautiful one so doing circuits of the school site was a relatively pleasant experience although not on my feet. 

Lots of things to be done and my lovely new Y7s taught for the first time. I think they may be my favourite class. They were certainly less needy than my others and much, much more willing to please which is always a bonus. 

The third meeting night in a row meant for a late exit and I needed to come home via a food shop as well. Bailey's been a bit bemused by the packing tonight but he'll have to wait until Saturday morning to head off up a big hill with me and the bestest friend. Roll on 3:15 tomorrow.
