A very co-operative Swan

I took a rather late walk by the River Avon tonight.
 I saw a Swan quite a way away and all I had was my 12-24 Sigma zoom on my D800. Great for landscapes! But not much use for wildlife shots!
  So I walked down onto the catwalk used by the boat owners,to try to encourage it closer.
 Not only did it come closer.But also put up its feathers in display!
I had to use the built in flash,but it wasn't at all perturbed!
 So I can assure you that I was very very close to it @ 24mm? But it was very well behaved.Just sorry I had nothing to feed it!
