Near Scalloway

Michael "from the council" took us on a tour of the area this morning on our way to the airport. Such a kind and knowledgeable local host and really helped us try and understand geography and communities. Weather was gorgeous until a fog came in which threatened to derail our trip home. We were fine, Edinburgh people less lucky. I left Lerwick with a real pang to come back. I've always felt drawn to islands. This trip just emphasised it. Totally magical, even in just a few short days. Other pics are the fog. And my happy baby who makes coming back less rubbish!
