Back pain

Statistically a staggering number of work days nationally are lost through back pain. Unfortunately I have discovered the hard way that a couple of nurofen and stiff upper lip isn't always enough.
Two weeks in and a twang while gardening is getting worse.
I think I must rattle when I walk now...
