Ready for dinner

Well I am up in Wellington and I have to say the flight up was not to bad. I was lucky enough to fly in when there was a slight break in the weather. Since I arrived it has been horrendous. The images on TV tonight of the wild weather in Wellington were quite something. In the morning we were to be to be photographing birds but have decided it will be probably wild weather on the coast .
The weather is so bad all the Cook Staight ferries crossings have been cancelled for 48hours
Have had the most beautiful evening meal with some beautiful Oban whiskey so who cares whether we are photographing birds or wild weather
This beautiful cat sat up on a stool and watched us eating our meal but didn't even think of getting near the table. The meat was stuffed pork wrapped in bacon, so delicious
